Got the same Rossi. Goes with my Winchester 94 Legacy, Colt Kodiak, Smith & Wesson 629 Classic Comp and Smith & Wesson 29. All I need to look like the Frito Bandito is a couple three cartridge belts or a cart to drag the guns and the ammo around.

Man - those are nice! I have a .357 92 to go with my Blackhawk. Now what I need is a .45 Colt to go with my Blackhawk Convertible and a .44 Mag to go with my Super Blackhawk. Unfortunately, they don't make them in .41 Mag, .32 H&R Mag or .22 LR to go with my other Ruger Single Actions.
At my age, there IS nothing better than shooting.

Re: My New R92 44 Mag to go with my Ruger Super Blackhawk
Well all is not well for my new 44 Magnum Rossi. The Box and serial # are matching to the gun on the box and the box say's 44 magnum but the rifle is actually a .357/.38 shoots fine and no problems just the wrong caliber. Called the dealer and told him about it and he is more than willing to refund money but he does not have an exchange. He stated that this is the second one that Rossi has sent in the correct box but wrong caliber. I told him that I did not want a refund because the Hexagon barreled SS rifles were hard to find. He agreed and so I am now glad that I put a Marlin 44 Magnum in Layaway yesterday at my LGS. I really did not want another 44 mag but I put it layaway anyway and now that this Rossi is actually a 357 I am glad the Marlin is a 44. Unbelievable.

Re: My New R92 44 Mag to go with my Ruger Super Blackhawk
So let me get this straight.
The gun you purchased, as shown in the photos above, is a .357?
It is MARKED on the GUN as 38/.357?
It was marked on the box as .44 Mag.
Did you special order this gun or was it something you purchased off the rack?
How did the 4473 get filled out with the wrong data?
I've always checked the information on the gun against the paperwork I'm signing when I'm buying and checking the gun before filling out those lines is something that's drilled into all the shop guys rather than writing down what is on the box label.
I really wanted a 20" SS round barrel for the .44 Mag but a buddy had the Octagonal 24".
My 94 is a 24" RB.
My .357 is a 20" RB Blued. Again I sort of wanted SS but the .357s last year were a royal pain to find.
Every time I located one it was gone a day later so I finally bought the blued gun rather than wait.
