Rossi's Customer Service has become absolutely nauseating!

On Rossi's defense, Hi Point does the same. But, if you send the firearm without a magazine they tend throw one in the box when they ship it back.

In HiPoint's defense their rather minimalistic guns tend to work out of the box in spite of being ugly as heck and their price point is low. While the R92 isn't exactly over priced it isn't a flat $125 either.

Well after contacting them about 50 times and waiting over 4 months they decided they are going to replace my rifle but they have discontinued the Octagon models :(

So what now? Refund? Replace with different model? Seems like youve hit a wall with them -- curious to see how theyll get you over it

They said the rifle couldn't be repaired so I could chose any model in that price range and they would replace it. I was a little bummed at no more octagon barrels but as long as the new one worked I would be happy. So I chose to get a new 20" round barrel in 357 just like I had minus octagon barrel. Placed the order a couple weeks ago and checked back several times, was told the rifle was on backorder and had no ETA of when they would get it in. Then yesterday I called to get an update and they said well they were able to source the parts to "fix" your old rifle you know the one that was deemed unrepairable? The guy on the phone said they found a new barrel but he didn't have a tracking number yet told me to call back today.
So I called today and got a tracking number I asked what was done to the rifle and was told they replaced the cartridge guides and there would be paperwork telling me what they did. So I'm not sure what they did and I'm not sure they do either? I hope it is fixed and the cartridge guides fix the feeding problems but I don't think that will fix the hammer falling randomly!!!! I'll just have to see when it gets delivered but they don't instill a lot of confidence

Hopefully they did more than the cartridge guides cause the rifle had multiple problems
