Ive been doing my homework here reading old and new topics regarding reloading 45colt. One topic i came across that RD was helping out with had referenced Beartooth Bullets. If you go there you will find a wealth of information. They have a ballistics section that you could play with all day long. Each section allowing you to put in your own data from Taylor KO formulars to cost per round and everything in between.

Heres a link that will put you in the Taylor KO section, I'm sure you can maneuver from there.

Re: Beartooth & Calculations
Beartooth does have quite a few resources and thanks for posting the link. Marshall Stanton put a lot of work into his website. Many levergun nuts participated in his Shooters Forum from 15+ years back though he no longer owns the forum. Marshall is also known by most 444 Marlin shooters and by all 444 Marlin cast bullet shooters.NavyDoc76-80 wrote:Ive been doing my homework here reading old and new topics regarding reloading 45colt. Re: Beartooth & Calculations
FWIW, I first bought bullets from Beartooth, and joined the forums on their website six, mebbe eight years ago. Tons of info on all kinds of reloading stuff. Also, what makes me a customer that won't purchase cast bullets from anyone else; my very first shipment of Beartooth Bullets came with a Gideon's Bible in the package...

Re: Beartooth & Calculations
My kid, that's awesome , who would have thought the spreading of the Gospel would be found in such a way. Only last night I was on the Beartooth site playing around with the Balistics Corner when I noticed a link to a shooters forum. I got more then I was expecting. I accidentally ran across a link to pray for Michael and Diana. Was quite moved, touched really by the story and the out pouring of prayers and I mean sincere heart felt prayers, actually pretty powerful stuff. It's now seven years later, RD, is that Diana telling you recently you better change up that hog rifle?
